This role will be a key member of the finance team responsible for managing the company&#8217;s billing, payments, and financial record-keeping. This role ensures the accurate and timely processing of invoices, payment disbursements, and collections. This is a <strong>contract-hire<\/strong> opportunity.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xxmsonormal\"><strong>Accounts Payable (AP):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"xxmsonormal\">Create and issue subconsultant purchase orders (POs) in accordance with company process and project budgets.<\/li>\n<li class=\"xxmsonormal\">Review, code, and process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently<\/li>\n<li class=\"xxmsonormal\">Match subconsultant bills to purchase orders and ensure proper authorization prior to payment.<\/li>\n<li class=\"xxmsonormal\">Manage and maintain vendor records and relationships; resolve invoice or payment discrepancies.<\/li>\n<li class=\"xxmsonormal\">Manage and maintain expense reimbursement and credit card online portal.
