This role is responsible for managing customer quality requirements, driving corrective action processes, and maintaining documentation standards in a regulated manufacturing environment.<\/p>\n<h2>Essential duties &amp; responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as a primary point of contact for customer quality concerns, complaints, and returns<\/li>\n<li>Manage customer change requests and coordinate responses across departments<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain control plans and process documentation<\/li>\n<li>Create, update, and revise PFMEAs<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot and analyze internal process failures and nonconformances<\/li>\n<li>Support product testing and validation activities<\/li>\n<li>Author and process corrective action reports (CARs) and quality miscue documentation<\/li>\n<li>Document and analyze in-process failures, rejections, and MRB dispositions<\/li>\n<li>Collect, analyze, and report on production and test system data<\/li>\n<li>Conduct random in-process inspections<\/li>\n<li>Develop forms, templates, work instructions, and test procedures<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<p>Education<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline<\/p>\n<p>Skills &amp;
