This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with deep experience managing subpoenas, legal holds, and discovery workflows, coupled with a strong interest in process improvement and legal technology.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate brings a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and thrives in environments where efficiency, organization, and continuous improvement are valued.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Litigation &amp; Case Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support attorneys across the full litigation lifecycle, including intake, early case assessment, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation<\/li>\n<li>Manage case files, deadlines, and docketing to ensure accurate and timely execution of all litigation milestones<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with internal stakeholders, outside counsel, and vendors to drive cases forward efficiently<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Subpoenas &amp; Legal Holds<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Draft, issue, track, and respond to subpoenas (including third-party record requests and government inquiries)<\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage legal hold processes, including custodian identification and coordination with IT for data preservation<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a key point of contact for records collection and compliance efforts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Discovery &amp; eDiscovery<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate all aspects of discovery, including document collection, review, and production<\/li>\n<li>Draft and manage discovery requests and responses, including interrogatories, RFPs, and privilege logs<\/li>\n<li>Utilize eDiscovery platforms to organize, review, and analyze large data sets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Drafting &amp; Legal Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare first drafts of motions, pleadings, and supporting materials for attorney review<\/li>\n<li>Assist with deposition preparation, witness coordination, and exhibit management<\/li>\n<li>Conduct legal and factual research as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Process &amp;
