This role will partner closely with technology leadership, business stakeholders, vendor teams, and adjacent product groups to assess current platform capabilities, identify gaps, and help define a forward-looking product strategy for the contact center environment.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"564\" data-end=\"870\">This individual will serve as the product subject matter expert for contact center technology, with a focus on understanding how telecom capabilities can be better leveraged to support business operations, financial reconciliation processes, pre-arrival sales, and broader guest\/customer support functions.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"164ueu3\" data-start=\"872\" data-end=\"896\">Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"898\" data-end=\"2081\">\n<li data-section-id=\"labi31\" data-start=\"898\" data-end=\"1007\">Serve as the product lead and subject matter expert for contact center and telecom technology capabilities.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"185bfd6\" data-start=\"1008\" data-end=\"1185\">Partner with the current contact center platform vendor to understand available functionality, contractual inclusions, product limitations, and opportunities for optimization.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"wgoq5g\" data-start=\"1186\" data-end=\"1328\">Work with business stakeholders to gather, evaluate, and prioritize requests, while assessing downstream technology and operational impacts.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1ngixbw\" data-start=\"1329\" data-end=\"1433\">Develop product strategy, roadmaps, recommendations, and executive-ready presentations for leadership.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"wmyzyp\" data-start=\"1434\" data-end=\"1585\">Act as a bridge between contact center technology teams and adjacent enterprise platform teams to evaluate platform alignment and long-term strategy.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1y3vdru\" data-start=\"1586\" data-end=\"1710\">Assess whether the current platform is meeting business needs or if alternative enterprise solutions may be better suited.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"jiewd4\" data-start=\"1711\" data-end=\"1842\">Lead stakeholder conversations, facilitate working sessions, and influence decision-making across business and technology groups.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"16ago0d\" data-start=\"1843\" data-end=\"1958\">Translate business needs into clear product requirements, capability assessments, and actionable recommendations.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"dpq1bs\" data-start=\"1959\" data-end=\"2081\">Operate independently as a &#8220;team of one&#8221; while collaborating with business partners, technology peers, and vendor teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"8b3p4d\" data-start=\"2083\" data-end=\"2110\">Required Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"2112\" data-end=\"3068\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1yahas6\" data-start=\"2112\" data-end=\"2209\">Strong product management experience within telecom, contact center, or call center technology.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1yvxgyq\" data-start=\"2210\" data-end=\"2367\">Deep understanding of contact center platforms, telecom capabilities, routing, integrations, support workflows, and vendor-managed technology environments.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1aedug5\" data-start=\"2368\" data-end=\"2493\">Experience partnering directly with vendors to assess product capabilities, roadmaps, contracts, and delivery expectations.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1dhdalw\" data-start=\"2494\" data-end=\"2597\">Ability to evaluate business requests and understand technical, operational, and contractual impacts.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1d5084s\" data-start=\"2598\" data-end=\"2731\">Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to create and present slides, roadmaps, and strategic recommendations.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1n35hfu\" data-start=\"2732\" data-end=\"2850\">Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across business, technology, and vendor teams.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"17i5ueh\" data-start=\"2851\" data-end=\"2955\">Comfortable operating independently in a highly visible role with limited direct product team support.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1xuvlo9\" data-start=\"2956\" data-end=\"3068\">Experience developing product strategy, roadmaps, capability assessments, and business-facing recommendations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"fktgjl\" data-start=\"3070\" data-end=\"3098\">Preferred Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"3100\" data-end=\"3654\">\n<li data-section-id=\"19ry1m9\" data-start=\"3100\" data-end=\"3233\">Experience with enterprise contact center platforms such as Genesys, Salesforce Service Cloud, or similar CRM\/contact center tools.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1ofenb3\" data-start=\"3234\" data-end=\"3399\">Background supporting contact center operations in travel, hospitality, financial services, healthcare, retail, or other high-volume customer support environments.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"wtgekt\" data-start=\"3400\" data-end=\"3524\">Experience working in complex enterprise environments with multiple platform owners and cross-functional technology teams.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1wl3w1p\" data-start=\"3525\" data-end=\"3654\">Familiarity with financial
