This is a high-impact opportunity for a professional with experience in eDiscovery, data governance, and cybersecurity investigations to support enterprise-wide legal, compliance, and security initiatives.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of eDiscovery activities, including the identification, preservation, collection, processing, analysis, and production of electronically stored information (ESI). You will work closely with Legal, Compliance, Human Resources, and Information Security teams to support litigation, regulatory matters, audits, and internal investigations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Beyond traditional eDiscovery responsibilities, this position will also support data protection and select Security Operations Center (SOC) functions, including data loss prevention (DLP), threat analysis, insider risk investigations, and incident response efforts. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating at the intersection of legal, compliance, and cybersecurity disciplines.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Manage the full eDiscovery lifecycle, including identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, and production of ESI.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with Legal teams to develop search strategies utilizing keywords, custodians, date ranges, and data source criteria.<\/li>\n<li>Utilize analytics and data reduction techniques such as deduplication, email threading, and near-duplicate analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Execute and maintain legal holds across Microsoft 365 and other enterprise platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain chain of custody documentation, audit trails, and defensible processes.<\/li>\n<li>Support litigation, regulatory inquiries, audits, and internal investigations.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and investigate DLP alerts and potential data exfiltration events.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze suspicious user activity across email, endpoints, and cloud environments.<\/li>\n<li>Support cybersecurity investigations involving insider threats, unauthorized access, and data security incidents.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Security Operations and Incident Response teams to gather evidence and support investigations.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with incident documentation, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with data retention, privacy, and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and enhance eDiscovery and incident response procedures, playbooks, and documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Qualifications<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>3+ years of experience in eDiscovery, digital investigations, information governance, cybersecurity, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with eDiscovery platforms such as Microsoft Purview, Relativity, Nuix, or similar tools.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, email systems, cloud-based data sources, and data governance practices.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of incident response methodologies and data breach investigation processes.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with DLP technologies, insider risk management, and data classification frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, organizational, documentation, and communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Preferred Qualifications<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Experience supporting legal, compliance, regulatory, or internal investigations.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of privacy regulations including HIPAA, GDPR, or similar frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>Industry certifications such as CEDS, CeDA, Microsoft 365 eDiscovery, or related credentials.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting SOC operations, threat analysis, or cybersecurity investigations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This role offers a unique opportunity to work across legal, compliance, and cybersecurity functions while helping to protect critical business data and support complex investigations.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/cGhpbC43OTYxNS4xMjU4NEBiZWFjb25oaWxsLmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">LGLTEMP 1462155_1781035619<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong><a id=\"otherId\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/LGLTEMP 1462155_1781035619\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":3770,"template":"","meta":{"_relevanssi_hide_post":"","_relevanssi_hide_content":"","_relevanssi_pin_for_all":"","_relevanssi_pin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_unpin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_include_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_exclude_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_no_append":"","_relevanssi_related_not_related":"","_relevanssi_related_posts":"","_relevanssi_noindex_reason":"","inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Philadelphia, Pennsylvania","_application":"phil.79615.12584@beaconhill.aplitrak.com","_company_name":"Beacon Hill Staffing Group","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[185,175,182,674,179],"job-types":[2],"class_list":["post-127403","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-full-time"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.8 -
