This Accounts Receivable Specialist role offers hands-on exposure to core accounting operations, collaboration with a high-performing team, and opportunities for professional growth.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, cash application, and collections.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Monitor outstanding balances and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Prepare aging reports and provide regular updates to management.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Assist with month-end close activities related to AR.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer communications.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, sales, and operations teams.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or relevant experience).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a similar accounting role.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
