This role begins <strong>ASAP<\/strong> and requires <strong>three days per week in the office<\/strong>, with additional days as needed. Standard hours are <strong>8:00am-5:00pm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Provide administrative support to a team of investment bankers, serving as a trusted point of contact.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Handle incoming internal calls, respond to inquiries, and clarify company policies and procedures.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Coordinate frequent domestic and international travel arrangements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Prepare, reconcile, and track expense reports through Oracle T&amp;E.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Manage calendars for multiple bankers, including scheduling client meetings, internal reviews, and deal team sessions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Coordinate all aspects of executive\u2011level appointments, meetings, client entertainment, and conference calls.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Assist with ad hoc reports, presentations, and special projects as needed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Serve as back\u2011up support for other bankers, managers, and administrative staff when required.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Maintain relationships with building and facility personnel.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Organize and safeguard highly confidential company and employee information.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Technical Skills<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Comfort with technology platforms beyond Microsoft Office (e.g., Teams, CRM tools).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems, including Oracle Travel &amp; Expense and internal reporting tools.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Non\u2011Technical Skills<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Proven ability to multi\u2011task, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast\u2011paced environment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong written and verbal communication skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>High attention to detail with the ability to work independently.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential information.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Responsive, energetic team player with a proactive mindset and strong initiative.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience working across numerous time zones.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Minimum of 5 years of prior administrative <strong>experience;
