$23-$24\/hr &#8211; Bethesda, MD"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong><a id=\"myCustomID\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/A1462269DC-Temp_1781102886\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Our client a commercial real estate agency is seeking a Property Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis with a possibility of going permanent in Bethesda, Maryland.<\/p>\n<p>About The Job:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide administrative support to property management and engineering teams<\/li>\n<li>Serve as front desk point of contact for tenants, visitors, and contractors<\/li>\n<li>Manage work order system, including tracking, updates, and reporting<\/li>\n<li>Process invoices, contracts, and maintain building documentation and records<\/li>\n<li>Maintain tenant contact lists, building guides, and tracking reports<\/li>\n<li>Support office operations, including supply ordering and general coordination<\/li>\n<li>Assist with reporting, data collection, and special projects across properties<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>About You:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma required; bachelor&#8217;s degree preferred<\/li>\n<li>2+ years of administrative or customer service experience (property experience preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Strong Microsoft Office skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work independently<\/li>\n<li>Professional demeanor with strong customer service focus<\/li>\n<li>Ability to learn new systems and adapt to changing priorities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>About The Position:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Start Date: ASAP!<\/li>\n<li>Temporary for 2-3 months with potential to extend or convert!<\/li>\n<li>Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM &#8211;
