You will work directly with the Director of FP&amp;A and gain broad exposure across financial planning, reporting, and strategic analysis. The position is ideally suited for a finance professional early in their career who is eager to develop within a high-growth environment.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the development and maintenance of financial models, including annual budgets, multi-year forecasts, and scenario analyses<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for internal leadership and ownership<\/li>\n<li>Analyze variances between actual results and budget\/forecast, providing clear explanations and actionable insights<\/li>\n<li>Partner with operational and commercial teams to gather business driver data and translate it into financial projections<\/li>\n<li>Assist with financial due diligence and analysis related to potential acquisitions and strategic initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that improve visibility into business performance<\/li>\n<li>Support ad hoc financial analysis as requested by senior leadership<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2-4 years of experience in FP&amp;A, financial due diligence, public accounting, or a related finance role<\/li>\n<li>Strong financial modeling skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Clear written and verbal communication skills;
