Combines <strong data-start=\"153\" data-end=\"179\">hands-on clinical care<\/strong> (Respiratory Therapist or RN) with <strong data-start=\"215\" data-end=\"236\">branch management<\/strong>, including staff leadership, scheduling, patient care oversight, operations, compliance, and on-call support.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"348\" data-end=\"369\"><strong data-start=\"348\" data-end=\"369\">Key requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"370\" data-end=\"649\">\n<li data-section-id=\"x4zw8h\" data-start=\"370\" data-end=\"423\">RT license (or RN with respiratory\/vent experience)<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"fofryd\" data-start=\"424\" data-end=\"466\">5+ years clinical respiratory experience<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1rzi3cw\" data-start=\"467\" data-end=\"517\">Prior leadership\/management experience preferred<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"i2qwi4\" data-start=\"518\" data-end=\"572\">CPR certification;
