This position will support the firm&#8217;s medical malpractice and wrongful death practice and is ideal for an attorney who is comfortable handling depositions, court appearances, and day-to-day litigation responsibilities with minimal supervision.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">This is a fully onsite position requiring attendance in the Center City Philadelphia office five days per week.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Take and defend fact witness, treating physician, expert, and party depositions<\/li>\n<li>Handle routine court appearances, status conferences, case management conferences, and hearings<\/li>\n<li>Manage medical malpractice and wrongful death matters through various stages of litigation<\/li>\n<li>Review medical records and case materials to prepare for depositions and hearings<\/li>\n<li>Draft motions, discovery responses, and other litigation-related documents as needed<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with partners and litigation teams on case strategy and case management<\/li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate case documentation and meet all litigation deadlines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Qualifications<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Active Pennsylvania bar admission required<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience handling medical malpractice defense and\/or wrongful death litigation matters<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience taking and defending depositions<\/li>\n<li>Experience appearing independently at routine hearings and court conferences<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania civil litigation procedures<\/li>\n<li>Excellent legal writing, analytical, and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Ideal Candidate<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Confident courtroom presence and strong deposition skills<\/li>\n<li>Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with litigation teams<\/li>\n<li>Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable stepping into an active caseload and contributing immediately<\/li>\n<li>Experienced handling sensitive and complex healthcare-related litigation matters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/cGhpbC4zMjA3MS4xMjU4NEBiZWFjb25oaWxsLmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">1454872PHL-BS_1781192353<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong><a id=\"otherId\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/1454872PHL-BS_1781192353\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":3770,"template":"","meta":{"_relevanssi_hide_post":"","_relevanssi_hide_content":"","_relevanssi_pin_for_all":"","_relevanssi_pin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_unpin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_include_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_exclude_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_no_append":"","_relevanssi_related_not_related":"","_relevanssi_related_posts":"","_relevanssi_noindex_reason":"","inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Philadelphia, Pennsylvania","_application":"phil.32071.12584@beaconhill.aplitrak.com","_company_name":"Beacon Hill Staffing Group","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[175,176],"job-types":[2,293],"class_list":["post-127540","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-full-time","job-type-temp-to-hire"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.8 -
