This role will support attorneys and business stakeholders with the review, administration, and management of a wide range of commercial agreements, with a particular focus on lease-related matters.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The ideal candidate will have strong contract management experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Review, draft, revise, and manage commercial contracts, including lease agreements, amendments, renewals, and related documents<\/li>\n<li>Assist attorneys with contract administration throughout the full contract lifecycle<\/li>\n<li>Abstract and summarize key lease terms, obligations, deadlines, and critical dates<\/li>\n<li>Maintain contract and lease databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records<\/li>\n<li>Track contract expirations, renewal periods, notice requirements, and other important milestones<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate execution and collection of signatures for contracts and lease documents<\/li>\n<li>Conduct legal and factual research related to contractual and leasing matters<\/li>\n<li>Organize and maintain electronic contract files and supporting documentation<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal business teams to obtain information and ensure timely contract processing<\/li>\n<li>Assist with special projects and administrative support related to commercial transactions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Qualifications<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>3+ years of experience as a Commercial Contracts Paralegal, Corporate Paralegal, or Contracts Administrator<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience reviewing and managing commercial leases and lease-related documentation<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of commercial contracts and contract lifecycle management<\/li>\n<li>Experience abstracting lease provisions and tracking critical dates<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a remote environment<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook<\/li>\n<li>Experience with contract management systems and document management platforms preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/cGhpbC4wODc5Ni4xMjU4NEBiZWFjb25oaWxsLmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">LGLTEMP CCPARA_1781192212<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong><a id=\"otherId\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/LGLTEMP CCPARA_1781192212\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":3770,"template":"","meta":{"_relevanssi_hide_post":"","_relevanssi_hide_content":"","_relevanssi_pin_for_all":"","_relevanssi_pin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_unpin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_include_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_exclude_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_no_append":"","_relevanssi_related_not_related":"","_relevanssi_related_posts":"","_relevanssi_noindex_reason":"","inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Philadelphia, Pennsylvania","_application":"phil.08796.12584@beaconhill.aplitrak.com","_company_name":"Beacon Hill Staffing Group","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[180,540,184,175,182],"job-types":[2],"class_list":["post-127541","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-full-time"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.8 -
