In this role, you will take ownership of projects from start to finish-ensuring seamless execution and delivering exceptional, white-glove service throughout the project lifecycle.<\/p>\n<p>Projects may include specialty print finishes, kitting programs, and outsourced production, all of which require strong coordination, creativity, and accountability.<\/p>\n<p>This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys managing complex projects with a high level of visibility.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>Client &amp; Sales Collaboration<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with Sales and Account Management teams to scope and execute custom print projects<\/li>\n<li>Provide clear, proactive communication and high-touch service to clients throughout each project<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Project Ownership<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage all phases of projects, including vendor coordination, production scheduling, quality assurance, and final delivery<\/li>\n<li>Oversee order placement processes, including purchase orders, approvals, proofing, and timelines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Vendor Management<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with print partners and third-party vendors to fulfill specialized orders and overflow production needs<\/li>\n<li>Source and negotiate with vendors for unique production techniques (e.g., die-cutting, foil stamping, embellishments)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Production &amp; Logistics Coordination<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain accurate shipping, tracking, and billing records<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate kitting and fulfillment for complex, multi-component projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Process Improvement &amp; Innovation<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Work cross-functionally with internal teams to develop scalable workflows for non-standard projects<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities for outsourcing, efficiency improvements, and innovation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Technical &amp;
