This role is ideal for someone who has supported fast-moving technical programs, understands how to bring structure to ambiguity, and can drive execution across engineering, operations, manufacturing, and leadership teams.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1026\" data-end=\"1186\">The ideal candidate will have experience supporting advanced airborne platforms, mission systems, autonomous systems, or similar aerospace\/defense technologies.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"t2pyjw\" data-start=\"1188\" data-end=\"1208\">Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"1209\" data-end=\"2057\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1wp8s3t\" data-start=\"1209\" data-end=\"1345\">Lead complex technical programs from concept, prototype, or IRAD\/R&amp;D stages through development, integration, testing, and production.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1zmutn\" data-start=\"1346\" data-end=\"1436\">Own program schedules, milestones, critical path, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"jbii22\" data-start=\"1437\" data-end=\"1571\">Manage program performance using tools and methodologies such as EVM, RAID, integrated master schedules, and critical path tracking.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"siyq3i\" data-start=\"1572\" data-end=\"1683\">Partner closely with engineering, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, finance, and executive leadership.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1u56srh\" data-start=\"1684\" data-end=\"1774\">Identify risks early, remove roadblocks, and escalate issues with clear recommendations.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"di8zmr\" data-start=\"1775\" data-end=\"1866\">Drive accountability across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1qwj9in\" data-start=\"1867\" data-end=\"1961\">Support customer communications, executive updates, program reviews, and internal reporting.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1r037os\" data-start=\"1962\" data-end=\"2057\">Help mature processes while remaining flexible in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"8b3p4d\" data-start=\"2059\" data-end=\"2086\">Required Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"2087\" data-end=\"2782\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1xv6m3\" data-start=\"2087\" data-end=\"2213\">10+ years of program management experience supporting complex technical, aerospace, defense, or engineering-driven programs.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1vv96c\" data-start=\"2214\" data-end=\"2320\">Experience taking programs from early-stage concept or R&amp;D through production or operational deployment.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"zghs7z\" data-start=\"2321\" data-end=\"2434\">Strong understanding of critical path management, EVM, RAID tracking, schedule management, and risk mitigation.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1krwmg0\" data-start=\"2435\" data-end=\"2528\">Experience working with engineering, manufacturing, operations, and executive stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1ji83cl\" data-start=\"2529\" data-end=\"2635\">Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and limited established process.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"ttran9\" data-start=\"2636\" data-end=\"2699\">Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1m7ajfp\" data-start=\"2700\" data-end=\"2735\">Active Secret clearance required.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"wwnaou\" data-start=\"2736\" data-end=\"2782\">Must be eligible to obtain TS\/SCI clearance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"fktgjl\" data-start=\"2784\" data-end=\"2812\">Preferred Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience supporting Autonomous Systems, Autonomous Platforms, Mission Systems, Flight Systems, Airborne Intelligence Platforms, Airborne Sensor Platforms, Advanced Aviation Systems, Aerospace Systems, or other complex aerospace and defense technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting the development, integration, testing, or production of advanced airborne platforms and mission-critical technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with IRAD\/internal R&amp;D programs and transitioning new technologies from concept through operational deployment.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with aerospace, defense, aviation, autonomous systems, airborne platforms, mission systems, or sensor\/payload integration.<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience in both large defense environments and smaller\/startup-style organizations.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with IRAD\/internal R&amp;D programs.<\/li>\n<li>Experience moving from ideation through development, testing, and production.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"16yhqye\" data-start=\"3187\" data-end=\"3206\">Ideal Candidate<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3207\" data-end=\"3533\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">The right person is a hands-on program leader who can move quickly, build structure, manage risk, and drive technical programs forward without getting slowed down by red tape.
