This position is 100% on-site and will support multiple attorneys in a fast-paced litigation practice.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Overview:<\/strong><br \/>This role will work closely with 3-4 partners and play a key role in managing day-to-day litigation support, with a strong focus on docketing, e-filing, and case organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented paralegal who thrives in a structured, high-volume environment and enjoys keeping attorneys on track.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Manage and maintain case dockets, including tracking deadlines and filings<\/li>\n<li>Handle e-filing in state and federal courts<\/li>\n<li>Monitor dockets and ensure timely updates across all cases<\/li>\n<li>Prepare hearing binders and assist with deposition preparation<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and manage hearing and trial calendars<\/li>\n<li>Draft and manage notices, filings, and related correspondence<\/li>\n<li>Schedule interpreters, hearings, and other case-related logistics<\/li>\n<li>Prepare trial binders and assist with trial preparation<\/li>\n<li>Maintain attorney calendars and proactively track deadlines and priorities<\/li>\n<li>Provide general support to attorneys to ensure smooth case progression<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>3+ years of litigation paralegal experience preferred<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience with e-filing and docket management required<\/li>\n<li>Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously<\/li>\n<li>Detail-oriented with strong communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work on-site full-time and support multiple attorneys in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For immediate consideration, please submit your resume in Word format.
