As the first point of contact for clients and guests, you will create exceptional workplace experiences that leave lasting impressions. This role is central to delivering the commitment to superior service-welcoming visitors with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs, and ensuring seamless experiences from pre-arrival through departure. You&#8217;ll combine your passion for hospitality with outstanding people skills to foster a welcoming, service-focused environment. This is your opportunity to be a valued partner in creating memorable experiences for our clients and their guests.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>What your day-to-day will look like:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Enthusiastically welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and assist with arrivals, departures, and office orientations<\/li>\n<li>Engage visitors, employees, and callers in a manner that makes them feel warmly welcomed and assist them in a helpful and timely manner<\/li>\n<li>Maintain visible engagement throughout the workplace; conduct strategic site walks during periods of reduced front desk coverage to assist customers and guests<\/li>\n<li>Effectively pair services to guests&#8217; needs and serve as a resident expert on local cuisine, hotels, attractions, and upcoming events<\/li>\n<li>Build connections and networks throughout the hospitality industry<\/li>\n<li>Connect with clients, customers, and support teams to proactively anticipate needs, identify issues, and deliver creative solutions<\/li>\n<li>Maintain familiarity with all facility services and work with internal teams to facilitate a hospitality-focused approach across all touchpoints<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate confidence, professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional customer service skills at all times<\/li>\n<li>Assist with meeting support, reception duties, personal support, and mail services where applicable<\/li>\n<li>Act as a central point of contact, providing information and wayfinding for the campus, services, and activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Required Qualifications:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 2-3 years of previous customer service or hospitality-related experience<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to create experiences that go beyond expectations-you&#8217;re a true people person<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility and a positive attitude in managing shifting daily priorities<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communicator with the ability to interact professionally through spoken and written word;
