{"id":127602,"date":"2026-06-12T18:39:04","date_gmt":"2026-06-12T18:39:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bhsg.com\/jobs\/job\/nhc-1462761_1781289544-outpatient-therapist-waukegan-illinois\/"},"modified":"2026-06-12T22:37:17","modified_gmt":"2026-06-12T22:37:17","slug":"nhc-1462761_1781289544-outpatient-therapist-waukegan-illinois","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/bhsg.com\/jobs\/job\/nhc-1462761_1781289544-outpatient-therapist-waukegan-illinois\/","title":{"rendered":"Outpatient Therapist"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong><a id=\"myCustomID\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/NHC-1462761_1781289544\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<h3><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Master&#8217;s degree in Social Work or a related mental health field preferred<\/li>\n<li>Active Illinois license (LSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, or CADC) required<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 2 years of experience in a behavioral health or psychiatric setting preferred<\/li>\n<li>Experience facilitating group therapy, crisis intervention, and clinical assessments required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Job Duties<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Facilitate multiple daily group therapy sessions for adult patients in an outpatient setting<\/li>\n<li>Provide treatment for individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders<\/li>\n<li>Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and assessments<\/li>\n<li>Support treatment planning, discharge planning, and coordination of follow-up care<\/li>\n<li>Conduct crisis intervention and therapeutic support as needed<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care<\/li>\n<li>Manage scheduling, patient engagement, and session flow independently<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Additional Information<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM &#8211;
