This role assists with day-to-day eDiscovery workflows in RelativityOne, provides technical and operational support to litigation teams, prepares case materials, and delivers hands-on assistance during hearings, arbitrations, and trials. The position requires strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and the ability to support multiple active matters in a fast-paced litigation environment. This is a non-exempt, in-office position.<\/p>\n<div class=\"form-field\">\n<p><strong><em>Essential Functions:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Litigation eDiscovery Operations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Support all phases of the EDRM lifecycle, including data collection coordination, processing, analytics, review support, and production preparation.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with RelativityOne workspace setup, data loading, metadata validation, searches, and troubleshooting.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain matter workspaces, user permissions, and case-specific configurations under the direction of senior staff.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure workflows follow firm standards, ESI protocols, and protective orders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>AI-Enabled Processing &amp; Review Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Assist with AI-enabled workflows in Relativity aiR, including AI-assisted review, summarization, and issue identification.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare datasets, validate outputs, and escalate anomalies or risks to senior litigation support personnel.<\/li>\n<li>Follow firm guidelines for secure and compliant use of AI tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Production &amp; Deadline Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Prepare production sets, including formatting, redactions, privilege checks, and quality control.<\/li>\n<li>Track deadlines, production logs, and delivery confirmations.<\/li>\n<li>Identify potential issues or delays and communicate them promptly to the Manager of eDiscovery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Case Preparation &amp; Litigation Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Prepare exhibits, witness binders, deposition materials, and demonstratives.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with organizing case files, labeling documents, and maintaining version control.<\/li>\n<li>Support attorneys with data pulls, document searches, file conversions, and exhibit preparation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Trial Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit lists, digital evidence, and presentation materials.<\/li>\n<li>Set up and test courtroom technology such as monitors, projectors, audio systems, and trial presentation software.<\/li>\n<li>Operate trial presentation tools (e.g., TrialDirector, OnCue, Final Exhibits and\/or Adobe Pro, etc.) during hearings, arbitrations, and trials under attorney direction.<\/li>\n<li>Provide on-site or remote trial support, including managing exhibits, coordinating real-time transcripts, and resolving technical issues quickly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>General Operations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Maintain accurate documentation, chain-of-custody records, and internal logs.<\/li>\n<li>Follow established workflows, procedures, and best practices for litigation support.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Manager of eDiscovery and legal teams to ensure smooth coordination across matters.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Required Skills\/Abilities:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree or equivalent professional experience.<\/li>\n<li>2-5 years of eDiscovery or litigation support experience in a law firm or legal services environment.<\/li>\n<li>2-3 years of experience with Relativity, RelativityOne, or comparable platforms is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Relativity certifications (e.g., RelativityOne Review Pro, RelativityOne User) are preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with RelativityOne in active litigation matters.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with analytics-driven review strategies such as TAR, email threading, and clustering is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with trial presentation and exhibit software (TrialDirector, OnCue, Final Exhibits and\/or Adobe Pro, etc.) is desired.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with AI-assisted review workflows, including Relativity aiR.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with using Progress ShareFile.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of litigation discovery processes and deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work extended hours during peak litigation periods, including trial.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to travel to court as needed for trial support.<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility to support time-sensitive litigation deadlines, including trial schedules.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting complex or expedited litigation matters is desired.<\/li>\n<li>Occasional travel between offices may be
