Known for long-term stability, strong growth, and a collaborative, team-oriented culture.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1f6zw8s\" data-start=\"518\" data-end=\"539\"><strong>Position Overview<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"540\" data-end=\"855\">The Accounts Receivable Specialist will support the Accounts Receivable function through collections, billing, invoicing, customer account management, and month-end activities. This role partners closely with internal project teams and external customers to ensure timely collections and accurate financial records.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"164ueu3\" data-start=\"857\" data-end=\"881\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"882\" data-end=\"1619\">\n<li data-section-id=\"fyxs5x\" data-start=\"882\" data-end=\"967\">Manage collections for a high-volume portfolio of subcontract and customer invoices<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"95bhpz\" data-start=\"968\" data-end=\"1038\">Prepare monthly statements, collection forecasts, and aging analyses<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1re4vpe\" data-start=\"1039\" data-end=\"1093\">Monitor and help reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1odftsw\" data-start=\"1094\" data-end=\"1171\">Process progress billings, customer invoicing, and supporting documentation<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"e7jp0n\" data-start=\"1172\" data-end=\"1272\">Coordinate insurance certificates, lien-related documentation, and project compliance requirements<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1imq9k1\" data-start=\"1273\" data-end=\"1337\">Process credit card transactions and vendor releases as needed<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"6ioy\" data-start=\"1338\" data-end=\"1422\">Partner with customers and internal teams to resolve billing and collection issues<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"pe9pjc\" data-start=\"1423\" data-end=\"1480\">Support month-end reconciliations and account balancing<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"af047o\" data-start=\"1481\" data-end=\"1544\">Maintain project documentation and archive completed projects<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"s6affo\" data-start=\"1545\" data-end=\"1619\">Navigate multiple ERP systems, customer portals, and reporting platforms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"12f3so4\" data-start=\"1621\" data-end=\"1639\"><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"1640\" data-end=\"2113\">\n<li data-section-id=\"e11bkb\" data-start=\"1640\" data-end=\"1719\">2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience or Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1ihlugh\" data-start=\"1720\" data-end=\"1762\">Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1ku59xc\" data-start=\"1763\" data-end=\"1853\">Experience with invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and customer account management<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"14xn7w4\" data-start=\"1854\" data-end=\"1875\">Ten-key proficiency<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"qjpeai\" data-start=\"1876\" data-end=\"1967\">Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"10asyaw\" data-start=\"1968\" data-end=\"2038\">Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"19qvewr\" data-start=\"2039\" data-end=\"2113\">Professional communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1cine4w\" data-start=\"2115\" data-end=\"2142\"><strong>Compensation &amp;
