This is a hands-on, fast-paced role designed to provide critical support while multiple team members are on leave for a 3-month contract with potential to extend. The position will blend core recruiting coordination responsibilities with exposure to sourcing and broader recruiting operations. This individual will partner closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to support scheduling, candidate communication, and offer processes, while also assisting with sourcing efforts as needed. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented recruiting professional who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, thrives in a professional services environment, and can operate independently with strong judgment and communication skills.
