This is a highly visible, hands-on role responsible for driving day-to-day HR operations while acting as a primary point of contact for employees across the business. This individual will partner closely with leadership to oversee employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and core HR processes, while ensuring alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The role also includes managing and developing a small HR team, enhancing processes, and helping to build scalable, efficient people practices. The ideal candidate is a proactive, solutions-oriented HR leader with strong judgment, a calm and professional demeanor, and experience operating in a fast-paced professional services environment.
