This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and takes pride in following established processes, staying organized, and producing accurate work.<\/p>\n<p>The right candidate will be coachable, detail-oriented, and able to take direction well, while maintaining a positive, team-first attitude in a deadline-driven setting.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>This is a full-time, on-site position with a standard Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities\/Job Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Process accounts payable (vendor invoices, payment entries, and checks) accurately and efficiently<\/li>\n<li>Follow established accounting procedures and workflows to ensure consistency and accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Perform bank and account reconciliations regularly<\/li>\n<li>Assist with basic journal entries and support month-end close activities<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with vendors in a professional and timely manner<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions<\/li>\n<li>Review reports (aging, discrepancies, etc.) and follow up as needed<\/li>\n<li>Support team members and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements\/Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, and accounts payable-related work experience<\/li>\n<li>Proficient with data entry, Microsoft Office Suite, Word, and Excel.
