This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with customers, warehouses, transportation providers, and internal teams to ensure products move efficiently from order to delivery.<\/p>\n<h2>Position Details<\/h2>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><strong>Pay Rate:<\/strong> $26.44-$28.85\/hour<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schedule:<\/strong> Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM<\/li>\n<li><strong>Work Arrangement:<\/strong> Fully Onsite<\/li>\n<li><strong>Parking:<\/strong> Provided Onsite<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<h3>Order Management &amp; Sales Support<\/h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Process high-volume order entry and maintain accuracy throughout the order lifecycle.<\/li>\n<li>Support sales representatives with customer inquiries, order updates, and shipment information.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor open orders and customer commitments to ensure timely fulfillment.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with invoicing and shipment documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Supply Chain Coordination<\/h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Coordinate deliveries with transportation carriers and warehouses.<\/li>\n<li>Track shipments and communicate updates, delays, or issues to stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure products move efficiently through the supply chain from order placement through delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain communication with customers, transportation providers, warehouses, and internal teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Inventory &amp; Data Management<\/h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Perform inventory reconciliation and verify stock accuracy across locations.<\/li>\n<li>Update and maintain spreadsheets tracking incoming inventory and outgoing customer orders.<\/li>\n<li>Review data for accuracy and assist with basic calculations related to inventory and product movement.<\/li>\n<li>Support reporting and operational tracking activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Team Support<\/h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Collaborate with operations team members to balance workload and support daily priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with additional supply chain and administrative projects as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Help identify and resolve operational issues impacting customer deliveries or inventory accuracy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Systems &amp; Tools<\/h2>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables Required)<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Office Suite<\/li>\n<li>ERP Systems<\/li>\n<li>Internal Supply Chain and Order Management Systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Associate&#8217;s or Bachelor&#8217;s degree preferred;
