This role focuses on employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, HR systems, and performance management support, ensuring a positive employee experience and alignment with organizational goals.<\/p>\n<h2>Essential Functions<\/h2>\n<p><em>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on workplace issues<\/li>\n<li>Assist in resolving employee relations concerns, conducting investigations when needed<\/li>\n<li>Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HRIS systems<\/li>\n<li>Process employee lifecycle transactions (e.g., onboarding documentation, status changes, terminations)<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies<\/li>\n<li>Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation as needed<\/li>\n<li>Manage leave of absence processes, including FMLA, ADA, and other leave programs<\/li>\n<li>Support performance review processes and documentation<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement procedures<\/li>\n<li>Assist with tracking performance evaluation timelines and compliance<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate employee training programs and development initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Track training completion and maintain training records<\/li>\n<li>Support employee engagement and retention initiatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Skills and Abilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle confidential information with discretion<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Paycom, Workday, ADP, etc.) and Microsoft Office<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Competencies<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Microsoft Office Suite<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Excel<\/li>\n<li>HRIS (Human Resources Information System)<\/li>\n<li>Integrity and confidentiality<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Customer service orientation<\/li>\n<li>Conflict resolution<\/li>\n<li>Time management and adaptability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Work Environment<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Typical office environment with exposure to noise from airplane machinery and jet engines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Physical Demands<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to see, hear, and communicate clearly<\/li>\n<li>Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods<\/li>\n<li>Ability to regularly lift\/move up to 30 pounds<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Dress Code and experience (generalist or specialist role)<\/li>\n<li>Experience in HR operations, employee relations, or benefits administration preferred<\/li>\n<li>Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States and provide two forms of Federal Identification<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preferred Education and Experience<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in the aviation industry or recruitment in a technical field<\/li>\n<li>SHRM-CP or PHR certification<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\"
