The ideal candidate is a reliable, professional, and adaptable team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors in our Miami office. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting guests in a polite manner, directing phone calls internally or to other offices, and managing conference room reservations while working seamlessly with other teams.<\/p>\n<p class=\"JWNormal\">\n<p class=\"JWNormal\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"JWNormal\">\u00b7        Greet clients, visitors, attorneys, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner.<\/p>\n<p class=\"JWNormal\">\u00b7        Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.<\/p>\n<p class=\"JWNormal\">\u00b7        Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.<\/p>\n<p class=\"JWNormal\">\u00b7        Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"JWNormal\">\u00b7        Manage conference room reservations in Rendezvous for the Miami office.<\/p>\n<p class=\"JWNormal\">\u00b7        Handle expense reimbursements, check requests, and invoice processing; manage office credit card expenses, obtain appropriate documentation, and submit to appropriate parties.<\/p>\n<p class=\"JWNormal\">\u00b7        Provide administrative and clerical support as needed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"JWNormal\">\u00b7        Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth office operations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"JWNormal\">\u00b7        Serve as backup for Office Services role as needed (e.g., prepare courier packages, distribute mail, manage hospitality functions such as meeting setup and refreshments, maintain shared areas and conference rooms).<\/p>\n<p class=\"JWNormal\"><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"JWNormal\"><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"JWNormal\">\u00b7        High school diploma or equivalent required.<\/p>\n<p class=\"JWNormal\">\u00b7        Prior reception or administrative experience in a law firm or professional services environment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"JWNormal\">\u00b7        Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).<\/p>\n<p class=\"JWNormal\">\u00b7        Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.<\/p>\n<p class=\"JWNormal\">\u00b7        Strong organizational and time management skills.<\/p>\n<p class=\"JWNormal\">\u00b7        Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.<\/p>\n<p class=\"JWNormal\">\u00b7        Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.<\/p>\n<p class=\"JWNormal\">\u00b7        Professional demeanor and dependable work ethic.<\/p>\n<p class=\"JWNormal\">\u00b7        Regular in-office attendance.<\/p>\n<p class=\"JWNormal\"><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"JWNormal\"><strong>Work Environment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"JWNormal\">\u00b7        Full-time position &#8211;
