This role will partner closely with Compensation, HR Technology, and business stakeholders to ensure the successful administration and optimization of compensation processes and systems.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM Workforce Compensation modules and related processes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Develop, troubleshoot, and optimize complex <strong>SQL queries<\/strong> and <strong>Fast Formulas<\/strong> to ensure compensation data accuracy and reporting integrity.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Lead the setup, maintenance, and execution of annual compensation programs, including merit and bonus cycles.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Design, develop, and maintain <strong>BI Publisher reports<\/strong> and <strong>OTBI dashboards<\/strong> to support compensation and HR business needs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Collaborate with Compensation and HR Technology teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Perform mass data updates and system maintenance using <strong>HDL (HCM Data Loader)<\/strong> and <strong>HSDL (HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader)<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Create, execute, and document test plans, test scripts, and validation results for unit and integration testing.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Deliver system training, documentation, and guidance to business stakeholders.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Support <strong>SOX compliance audits<\/strong>, system controls, and Oracle Fusion upgrade initiatives.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Analyze business requirements and recommend system solutions that improve efficiency and data accuracy.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Required Qualifications<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">5-10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, HRIS Analyst, Systems Analyst, or related role.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Hands-on experience with <strong>Oracle Fusion HCM<\/strong>, including Workforce Compensation configuration and administration.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Strong knowledge of:<\/span>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Oracle Fusion Workforce Compensation<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">SQL development and troubleshooting<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Fast Formulas<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">BI Publisher<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">OTBI Reporting<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">HDL and HSDL<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Experience supporting annual compensation planning, merit, and bonus cycles.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Proven ability to conduct system testing, document results, and support implementations and upgrades.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Preferred Qualifications<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Experience supporting SOX compliance and audit requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Prior experience working closely with Compensation, HR, and HR Technology teams.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span
