The <span class=\"markrfcxa9zzp\" data-markjs=\"true\" data-ogac=\"\" data-ogab=\"\" data-ogsc=\"\" data-ogsb=\"\">CNE<\/span> will utilize their professional skills and clinical experience to engage with health care providers to present support services,  educate about our disease state education resources and approved product and disease state messaging. The <span class=\"markrfcxa9zzp\" data-markjs=\"true\" data-ogac=\"\" data-ogab=\"\" data-ogsc=\"\" data-ogsb=\"\">CNE<\/span> will also gain insights from clinical teams and office staff supporting patients with Sickle Cell disease to further their understanding of the disease burden associated with Sickle Cell disease and the types of support they need for their patients. The <span class=\"markrfcxa9zzp\" data-markjs=\"true\" data-ogac=\"\" data-ogab=\"\" data-ogsc=\"\" data-ogsb=\"\">CNE<\/span> also supports the patient centric business model by providing disease and product education to patients and families affected by genetic disease for which the company provides a treatment option.<\/p>\n<p><strong data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">What you will do:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>The <span class=\"markrfcxa9zzp\" data-markjs=\"true\" data-ogac=\"\" data-ogab=\"\" data-ogsc=\"\" data-ogsb=\"\">CNE<\/span> will work closely with patients, families and care teams to provide in-depth education and resources to support and empower patients\/caregivers living with Sickle Cell disease.  <\/li>\n<li>Provide opportunities to make connections with other patients and caregivers affected by Sickle Cell disease.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver educational programs (in person or virtually) with patients, families and caregivers affected by Sickle Cell disease. <\/li>\n<li>Utilize approved messaging during engagements with healthcare professionals to provide disease state education and raise awareness of Sickle Cell disease and the role of the Clinical Nurse Educator. <\/li>\n<li>Effectively collaborate with cross functional partners (Hemolytic Anemia Specialists (and Patient Support Managers) on complex patient and customer issues.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the company&#8217;s advocacy team (Patient Community Ambassadors) to identify regional diseases state education initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate effectively with team members to address needs and enhance process improvement opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Timely follow up on committed appointments internally \/ externally<\/li>\n<li>Delivers activity updates to regional colleagues, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration within the regional team to support initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Document all activities in appropriate CRM tools to facilitate the tracking of key metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all activities are conducted in a manner that is compliant with industry rules, regulations and company&#8217;s policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What you bring:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree, clinical background in nursing, an advance practice provider, Genetic Counseling. <\/li>\n<li>Experience working with Sickle Cell disease patients\/clinics.<\/li>\n<li>5+ years of related experience, including supporting patients. <\/li>\n<li>Hematology or rare disease background, Sickle Cell disease experience preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional communications skills (written, verbal and presentation)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to think strategically, work independently and collaborate across a diverse cross functional team, exhibiting a result driven mindset.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to travel in the US (up to 50% travel)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/Ym9zcC40NDk4NC4xMjU4NEBiZWFjb25oaWxsLmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">1461100\/TA_1781640850<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong><a id=\"otherId\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/1461100\/TA_1781640850\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":3770,"template":"","meta":{"_relevanssi_hide_post":"","_relevanssi_hide_content":"","_relevanssi_pin_for_all":"","_relevanssi_pin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_unpin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_include_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_exclude_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_no_append":"","_relevanssi_related_not_related":"","_relevanssi_related_posts":"","_relevanssi_noindex_reason":"","inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Seattle, Washington","_application":"bosp.44984.12584@beaconhill.aplitrak.com","_company_name":"Beacon Hill Staffing Group","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[198,249],"job-types":[2,16],"class_list":["post-127785","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-full-time","job-type-temporary-contract"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.8 -
