This position will begin as a temporary assignment with the potential to convert to a permanent role.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Requirements:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-teams=\"true\"> 5+ years of contract management and\/or paralegal experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-teams=\"true\"> 2+ years of healthcare contracting experience, including healthcare law, contract administration, or payor contracting<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-teams=\"true\"> Experience reviewing, drafting, and managing provider and vendor agreements<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-teams=\"true\"> Medicare Advantage, provider contracting, and\/or value-based care contracting experience strongly preferred<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-teams=\"true\"> Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems;
