This role will work closely with attorneys to ensure timely and accurate disclosure across global patent portfolios. <\/p>\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Review, categorize, and track prior art references from U.S. and foreign patent offices<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and file IDS submissions with the USPTO and coordinate corresponding international filings<\/li>\n<li>Maintain disclosure logs, reference databases, and docketing entries<\/li>\n<li>Monitor deadlines and proactively manage high-volume IDS workflows<\/li>\n<li>Support attorneys with portfolio audits, cross-citations, and prosecution strategy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with patent prosecution and IDS procedures required<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with patent docketing systems and reference management tools<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven workflows<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Additional Details<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>100% remote but MUST be local to the Boston area<\/li>\n<li>Long-term contract with potential for permanent hire<\/li>\n<li>Full-time schedule, standard business hours<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For immediate consideration, please submit your resume in Word format.
