This role plays a key part in ensuring clear, consistent communication across regional teams while supporting global collaboration, decision\u2011making, and company culture.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate is highly organized, bilingual in Japanese and English (this is a must), and experienced in corporate communications or strategic operations within a fast\u2011paced, global environment.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Position Details<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full-time, Contract<br \/> <strong>Pay Rate:<\/strong> Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)<br \/> <strong>Schedule:<\/strong> Standard business hours<br \/> <strong>Work Arrangement:<\/strong> Hybrid (2 days onsite, with flexibility as business needs require)<br \/> <strong>Location Requirement:<\/strong> Must reside in the Southwest Atlanta area<br \/> <strong>Start Date:<\/strong> After interview<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>Internal Communications &amp; Content Development<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute internal communication strategies aligned with global operations goals<\/li>\n<li>Create messaging, presentations, and communication materials to support collaboration and decision\u2011making<\/li>\n<li>Partner with regional teams to share best practices and ensure messaging consistency<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Platform &amp; Content Management<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage internal communication platforms such as SharePoint<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate content updates and ensure accuracy of shared information<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with IT and external partners to maintain and improve communication tools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Employee Engagement &amp; Program Support<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and support initiatives to enhance employee engagement across global operations<\/li>\n<li>Assist in developing programs that reinforce company culture and organizational alignment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Operational &amp; Analytical Support<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Support communication needs for global operations meetings and initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Collect and analyze operational data to create reports, charts, and presentation materials<\/li>\n<li>Provide language and communication support to improve clarity and alignment across teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Systems &amp;
