{"id":127897,"date":"2026-06-18T12:57:23","date_gmt":"2026-06-18T12:57:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bhsg.com\/jobs\/job\/faokc618262_1781787443-project-scheduler-oklahoma-city-oklahoma\/"},"modified":"2026-06-18T17:23:54","modified_gmt":"2026-06-18T17:23:54","slug":"faokc618262_1781787443-project-scheduler-oklahoma-city-oklahoma","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/bhsg.com\/jobs\/job\/faokc618262_1781787443-project-scheduler-oklahoma-city-oklahoma\/","title":{"rendered":"Project Scheduler"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong><a id=\"myCustomID\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/FAOKC618262_1781787443\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Job:<\/strong> Project Scheduler<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong> on-site in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma<br \/> <strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Contract to Hire with strong chance of permanent conversion or extension<br \/> <strong>Pay Range:<\/strong> $40-70\/hour, depending on experience and skill set<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our client is seeking a skilled Project Scheduler with a strong background in scheduling, accounting, and programming to support complex, high-visibility accounting projects in a regulated environment.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>This individual will play a critical role in developing and maintaining integrated project schedules, ensuring alignment between schedule, cost, and resource data to support Earned Value Management (EVM) and overall project success.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>This is a full-time, on-site position operating on a 9\/80 work schedule, allowing employees to work extended hours Monday through Thursday and take every other Friday off. Occasional travel to clients or project sites may be required.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules using Microsoft Project and other scheduling tools<\/li>\n<li>Align schedule data with cost and resource tracking to support Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting<\/li>\n<li>Partner closely with Project Managers, Earned Value Analysts, and Cost Account Managers (CAMs) to ensure accuracy across project data<\/li>\n<li>Track project progress, identify risks or delays, and provide timely status updates and reporting<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate resource allocation (personnel, equipment, etc.) to ensure milestones are met<\/li>\n<li>Identify scheduling risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all scheduling practices meet government regulations and contractual requirements<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate documentation for audit and compliance purposes<\/li>\n<li>Act as a liaison across teams to communicate schedule updates and project impacts<\/li>\n<li>Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to junior team members as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements\/Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of project scheduling, project controls, or related experience<\/li>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor&#8217;s degree in project management, business, engineering, or related field preferred but not required.<\/li>\n<li>Strong working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and project controls practices.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Deltek Costpoint or similar ERP systems preferred.
