Assignments may be onsite or fully remote, depending on the project.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Contract Analysis &amp; Harmonization<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review and analyze procurement and commercial contracts for key terms and provisions<\/li>\n<li>Extract, organize, and standardize contract data for reporting and system migration efforts<\/li>\n<li>Support contract harmonization initiatives, including template alignment and clause consistency<\/li>\n<li>Identify deviations, risks, and inconsistencies within agreements and escalate as appropriate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Document Review<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform first-level review of documents for relevance, responsiveness, and issue identification<\/li>\n<li>Apply coding, tagging, and categorization within review platforms<\/li>\n<li>Assist with QC processes to ensure accuracy and consistency<\/li>\n<li>Follow established protocols and workflows for large-scale review projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Operations &amp;
