Compensation includes a base salary ranging from <strong>$150,000-$180,000<\/strong> annually.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Job<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Oversee and lead all Human Resources functions across the organization<\/strong>, including employee relations, benefits, recruiting, compliance, and HR operations<\/li>\n<li><strong>Manage and develop a team of HR leaders<\/strong>, including oversight of regional HR leadership and Payroll &amp; Benefits<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a <strong>strategic partner to executive leadership<\/strong>, advising on HR policies, employee relations matters, and organizational initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance and oversight on complex <strong>employee relations<\/strong> issues, including terminations and policy interpretation<\/li>\n<li>Drive <strong>full-cycle recruiting<\/strong> efforts across the organization, with direct involvement in senior-level hiring<\/li>\n<li>Ensure consistent <strong>execution of onboarding, training, and offboarding<\/strong> processes across all locations<\/li>\n<li>Partner with leadership to implement key HR initiatives such as talent development, succession planning, employee engagement, and performance management<\/li>\n<li><strong>Oversee employee benefits programs<\/strong>, including annual renewals, open enrollment, and ongoing administration<\/li>\n<li>Lead the development, refinement, and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and governance programs<\/li>\n<li>Ensure <strong>compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws,<\/strong> including EEO, OSHA, MSHA, and reporting requirements<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal and external partners including legal counsel, union representatives, insurance providers, and HR vendors<\/li>\n<li>Support a <strong>multi-site operation<\/strong>, including integration of new locations and alignment of HR practices across regions<\/li>\n<li>Conduct or support <strong>investigations<\/strong> when needed, including occasional travel for employee or workplace-related matters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About You<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>10+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Bachelor&#8217;s degree<\/strong> required; Master&#8217;s degree in HR or a related field preferred<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and organizational development<\/li>\n<li><strong>Proven experience leading and developing HR teams<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Experience working in high-growth organizations with both hourly and salaried workforces<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to union environments preferred<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities<\/li>\n<li>High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This role is ideal for a driven HR leader looking to make a meaningful impact in a growing, culture-focused organization.
