They are seeking a candidate with well-rounded experience in HR, including significant experience with HR policies &amp; procedures, compliance, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, learning &amp; development, recruiting and more.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Some responsibilities include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review, create, and implement HR policies &amp; procedures<\/li>\n<li>Oversee HR operations, compliance, and talent acquisition strategy organization-wide<\/li>\n<li>Provide coaching to managers around employee relations and perfromance management<\/li>\n<li>Manage &amp;
