This position plays a key role in ensuring that new and existing formulated products meet internal performance, stability, and quality expectations prior to commercialization.<\/p>\n<p>The role partners closely with formulation scientists and research teams, providing analytical support, executing laboratory studies, and generating high-quality data to guide product development decisions.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Analytical Testing &amp; Method Execution<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform analytical testing to evaluate product composition, performance, and quality attributes<\/li>\n<li>Operate instrumentation such as HPLC and GC to assess active components and formulation characteristics<\/li>\n<li>Support method execution and troubleshooting to ensure reliable and reproducible results<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Stability &amp; Product Evaluation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and conduct stability studies to assess product integrity over time<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and evaluate both physical and chemical changes, including packaging compatibility where applicable<\/li>\n<li>Interpret stability data to help determine product shelf life and performance consistency<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Product Development Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with R&amp;D teams to support development and optimization of new and existing formulations<\/li>\n<li>Assist in evaluating product changes driven by regulatory updates, raw material adjustments, or performance improvements<\/li>\n<li>Contribute technical insight to support formulation design and problem-solving efforts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Data Analysis &amp; Reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze laboratory results and translate findings into meaningful insights<\/li>\n<li>Prepare clear, accurate technical summaries and reports to support development activities<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all generated data aligns with internal quality and scientific standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Documentation &amp; Compliance<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain detailed and organized laboratory notebooks documenting all experiments and results<\/li>\n<li>Enter and manage testing data within internal systems and databases<\/li>\n<li>Conduct all laboratory work in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and established procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Technical Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with chromatographic techniques (HPLC, GC) and related data systems<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of analytical testing, product stability, and quality control principles<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with laboratory equipment, safety requirements, and regulated work environments<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with stability protocols and evaluating product performance over time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Professional Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project needs<\/li>\n<li>Effective written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with standard business software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Education &amp;
