$38-$43\/hr &#8211; DC"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong><a id=\"myCustomID\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/A1462418DC-Temp_1781813982\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Our client, fiscally conservative free market focused organization, is seeking a HR manager to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Washington, D.C.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>About The Job:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide comprehensive HR generalist support across the organization, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations<\/li>\n<li>Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, interview coordination, and offer processes<\/li>\n<li>Oversee employee onboarding, including documentation, orientation, and benefits enrollment<\/li>\n<li>Administer employee benefits programs and respond to employee inquiries<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and optimize HRIS (Paylocity) to support accurate HR operations and reporting<\/li>\n<li>Support employee relations matters, including coaching, performance management, and policy guidance<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with leadership, internal teams, and external vendors to support HR operations and initiatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About You:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree required<\/li>\n<li>5+ years of HR generalist experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience with recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations<\/li>\n<li>Heavy HRIS experience required; Paylocity preferred<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and employee relations<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle sensitive information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About The Position:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Start Date: ASAP!<\/li>\n<li>$38-$43\/hr<\/li>\n<li>Permanent Salary: $80K-$90K<\/li>\n<li>Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite<\/li>\n<li>Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM &#8211;
