$20\/hr &#8211; Richmond, VA("},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong><a id=\"myCustomID\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/A1463568DC-Temp_1781814512\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Our client, a financial services organization is seeking a Call Center Representative to join their team on a temporary basis with potential to go permanent in Richmond, Virginia.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>About The Job:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat to customers, financial professionals, and business partners<\/li>\n<li>Assist with insurance claims, policy information, and account inquiries<\/li>\n<li>Resolve customer issues while maintaining high-quality service standards<\/li>\n<li>Manage a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Meet performance metrics while delivering an excellent customer experience<\/li>\n<li>Navigate multiple systems to troubleshoot and resolve inquiries<\/li>\n<li>Cross-train across additional product lines after completing initial training<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About You:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1+ year of contact center or call center experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills with the ability to provide professional and empathetic customer support<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and navigate multiple systems<\/li>\n<li>Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized<\/li>\n<li>Strong technical aptitude and computer proficiency<\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle sensitive customer information with discretion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About The Position:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Start Date: ASAP!<\/li>\n<li>$20\/hr<\/li>\n<li>Temp-to-perm opportunity<\/li>\n<li>Call center hours: 8:00 AM &#8211;
