margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Prepare and implement strategic plans and roadmaps for paid search, paid social, display, video, and other digital channels.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Utilize Google Analytics and other reporting tools to track, evaluate, and report on campaigns.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Collaborate cross-functionally to create and execute successful digital marketing campaigns.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Manage the digital marketing budget including forecasting, allocation, and pacing, with the ability to report on budget numbers to leadership.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Manage and mentor a small team, while providing project direction across departments.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">6+ years of digital marketing experience, with 3+ years of management experience, required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">A bachelors degree is required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Tech savvy with proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Google Analytics.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Strong communications skills with a passion for collaboration and team growth.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0in;
