This role partners closely with portfolio management, tax, and leadership on financial reporting, consolidations, valuations, and performance analysis. This is a contract position paying between $60-$70\/hr.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Responsibilities:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed; margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;\" type=\"disc\">\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Oversee month-end and quarter-end close across fund and investment structures<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Prepare and review consolidated and investment-level financial statements<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Ensure GAAP compliance and oversee fair value accounting<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Review balance sheet reconciliations and analytical reporting on portfolio performance<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Manage accounting for debt, accruals, property taxes, and insurance<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Support valuations, rollforwards, and fund\/investment-level reporting<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Review capital activity including capital calls, distributions, and liquidity needs<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Support acquisitions, dispositions, and fund onboarding activities<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Partner with audit, tax, and valuation teams to support reporting and compliance<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Oversee lender reporting and assist with covenant calculations<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Qualifications:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed; margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;\" type=\"disc\">\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting or Finance<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">5+ years of accounting experience, including fund accounting (real estate\/private equity preferred)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Strong experience with financial reporting, consolidations, and month-end close<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Knowledge of fund structures (capital calls, distributions, fee structures)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Yardi experience (Investment Accounting module preferred)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0;
