{"id":127987,"date":"2026-06-20T12:53:31","date_gmt":"2026-06-20T12:53:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bhsg.com\/jobs\/job\/3504_1781960011-instrumentation-process-engineer-sparks-maryland\/"},"modified":"2026-06-20T16:15:03","modified_gmt":"2026-06-20T16:15:03","slug":"3504_1781960011-instrumentation-process-engineer-sparks-maryland","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/bhsg.com\/jobs\/job\/3504_1781960011-instrumentation-process-engineer-sparks-maryland\/","title":{"rendered":"Instrumentation\/Process Engineer"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong><a id=\"myCustomID\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/3504_1781960011\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Instrument Test and Process Technician<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Provides and leads technical support in conjunction with process engineering to assigned manufacturing lines in support of instrument and sub-assembly manufacturing including assembly, testing, and troubleshooting.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities and Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong> Assembles, tests, and troubleshoots assigned instrument production line.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong> Serve as the manufacturing process owner for assigned manufacturing line(s) including responsibility for Safety, Delivery, Quality and Cost.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong> Develop expertise in assembly, testing and troubleshooting for assigned platform(s).<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong> Works with Manufacturing Operators to meet weekly production goals for assigned platform(s).<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong> Troubleshoot electronic circuits, PCBs, mechanical systems, and integrated electromechanical systems including software.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong> Supports the process engineering activities for the assigned production line(s) such as Deviation Waivers, Quality Notifications including Repair\/Re-work forms.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong> Train production associates on assembly and test procedures.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong> Work with Engineers to solve design and manufacturing challenges.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong> Recommend continuous improvement opportunities. Perform feasibility tests.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong> Revise, verify &amp; validate, and update procedures for assigned manufacturing line(s).<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong> Engineering Support &#8211; Resolve minor manufacturing assembly and test issues to support instrument and sub-assembly production; also perform testing, validations, and designs of experiments under the guidance of the department staff.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong> Follows design and quality guidelines based on Good Manufacturing Practices guidelines and related Quality Standards and Practices.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong> Must follow all housekeeping policies and procedures<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong> Must follow all safety policies and procedures<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong> Must be able to work overtime as required to meet business requirements<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong> Performs other duties as required.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Education\/Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong> Two year Associates degree in mechanical or electronics or relevant degree.
