You will handle a variety of litigation cases through all phases of litigation including trial preparation. This is a permanent, direct-hire position.<\/p>\n<p>Paralegal candidates should have at least four years of experience as a billing Litigation Paralegal in a law firm and possess strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize in a busy work environment.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Performing legal research<\/li>\n<li>Drafting legal documents and correspondence<\/li>\n<li>E-filing with state and federal courts<\/li>\n<li>Calendaring and managing docket<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with discovery<\/li>\n<li>Preparing deposition materials and summaries<\/li>\n<li>Preparing trial notebooks and exhibits<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with depositions, arbitrations, trials and hearings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This full-service law firm offers highly competitive salary, annual bonus, and an outstanding benefits package that includes generous PTO, medical, vision and dental, annual bonuses, paid parking and more.
