This role will partner closely with Compensation, HR Technology, and business stakeholders to ensure the successful administration and optimization of compensation processes and systems.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM Workforce Compensation modules and related processes.<\/li>\n<li>Develop, troubleshoot, and optimize complex <strong>SQL queries<\/strong> and <strong>Fast Formulas<\/strong> to ensure compensation data accuracy and reporting integrity.<\/li>\n<li>Lead the setup, maintenance, and execution of annual compensation programs, including merit and bonus cycles.<\/li>\n<li>Design, develop, and maintain <strong>BI Publisher reports<\/strong> and <strong>OTBI dashboards<\/strong> to support compensation and HR business needs.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Compensation and HR Technology teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues.<\/li>\n<li>Perform mass data updates and system maintenance using <strong>HDL (HCM Data Loader)<\/strong> and <strong>HSDL (HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Create, execute, and document test plans, test scripts, and validation results for unit and integration testing.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver system training, documentation, and guidance to business stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Support <strong>SOX compliance audits<\/strong>, system controls, and Oracle Fusion upgrade initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze business requirements and recommend system solutions that improve efficiency and data accuracy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Required Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>5-10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, HRIS Analyst, Systems Analyst, or related role.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with <strong>Oracle Fusion HCM<\/strong>, including Workforce Compensation configuration and administration.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of:\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Oracle Fusion Workforce Compensation<\/li>\n<li>SQL development and troubleshooting<\/li>\n<li>Fast Formulas<\/li>\n<li>BI Publisher<\/li>\n<li>OTBI Reporting<\/li>\n<li>HDL and HSDL<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting annual compensation planning, merit, and bonus cycles.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to conduct system testing, document results, and support implementations and upgrades.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preferred Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Experience supporting SOX compliance and audit requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience working closely with Compensation, HR, and HR Technology teams.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM upgrades and release management processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Why Apply?<\/h2>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Opportunity to work on enterprise-level Oracle Fusion HCM initiatives<\/li>\n<li>High-impact role supporting critical compensation programs<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative team environment with exposure to HR technology strategy and optimization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you have a strong Oracle Fusion HCM background and experience supporting compensation systems, we&#8217;d love to hear from you.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/Y2ZhcnJpcy45NjAwNy4xMjU4NEBiZWFjb25oaWxsLmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">KE1462902x_1782134357<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong><a id=\"otherId\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/KE1462902x_1782134357\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":3770,"template":"","meta":{"_relevanssi_hide_post":"","_relevanssi_hide_content":"","_relevanssi_pin_for_all":"","_relevanssi_pin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_unpin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_include_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_exclude_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_no_append":"","_relevanssi_related_not_related":"","_relevanssi_related_posts":"","_relevanssi_noindex_reason":"","inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Pineville, North Carolina","_application":"cfarris.96007.12584@beaconhill.aplitrak.com","_company_name":"Beacon Hill Staffing Group","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[227,187],"job-types":[2,293],"class_list":["post-128035","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-full-time","job-type-temp-to-hire"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.8 -
