This individual will oversee client center logistics, including meeting coordination, room setup, and visitor management, ensuring a seamless and high-end client experience. They will also partner cross-functionally with corporate services, IT, and events teams to support daily office operations and special events. This is a professional, fast-paced, and highly collaborative office environment. This is a fully onsite, direct hire position working 7:30 AM &#8211; 4:30 PM.<\/p>\n<p>Job Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Serve as the front-facing representative of the firm, greeting all clients, guests, and employees<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Manage conference room scheduling and proactively resolve calendar conflicts<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Coordinate all meeting logistics including room setup, catering, and AV support<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Operate multi-line phone systems and direct calls appropriately<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Register visitors in building access systems and notify internal stakeholders of arrival<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ensure all client center spaces are maintained to a high standard before and after meetings<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Partner with Corporate Services, IT, and Facilities to ensure smooth operations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Manage catering orders from request through setup and breakdown, including cost tracking<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Maintain inventory of office and client center supplies<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Handle inbound\/outbound mail and packages<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Support internal events and collaborate with Marketing\/Event teams<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Assist with expense reporting and administrative support via Workday<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Provide backup support to Office Manager when needed<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>2+ years of experience in reception, hospitality, or office coordination roles<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
