{"id":128099,"date":"2026-06-22T17:56:28","date_gmt":"2026-06-22T17:56:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bhsg.com\/jobs\/job\/nhc-1463653_1782150988-licensed-mental-health-clinician-culver-city-california\/"},"modified":"2026-06-22T20:00:29","modified_gmt":"2026-06-22T20:00:29","slug":"nhc-1463653_1782150988-licensed-mental-health-clinician-culver-city-california","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/bhsg.com\/jobs\/job\/nhc-1463653_1782150988-licensed-mental-health-clinician-culver-city-california\/","title":{"rendered":"Licensed Mental Health Clinician"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong><a id=\"myCustomID\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/NHC-1463653_1782150988\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<h1>Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LMHC\/LCSW\/LMFT)<\/h1>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong> Los Angeles, CA Area (Primarily Remote with Local Response Responsibilities as Needed)<br \/> <strong>Organization Type:<\/strong> Community-Based Homeless Outreach, Crisis Response, and Case Management Program<\/p>\n<h2>Requirements<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Active California licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years of clinical behavioral health, social work, case management, or crisis intervention experience.<\/li>\n<li>Strong supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to oversee and mentor MSW social work interns.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to provide telephonic support and deploy in person within the service area when clinical situations require onsite intervention.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Job Duties<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide clinical oversight, consultation, and guidance to multidisciplinary response teams serving individuals experiencing homelessness.<\/li>\n<li>Support case management activities through assessment, care planning, crisis intervention, and connections to community resources.<\/li>\n<li>Respond telephonically and, when necessary, deploy onsite to assist with behavioral health and social service needs.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise and mentor MSW social work interns while supporting professional development and service delivery quality.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with de-escalation and stabilization efforts using trauma-informed and person-centered approaches.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with city agencies, community partners, and service providers to improve outcomes for vulnerable populations.<\/li>\n<li>Support program goals focused on reducing interactions between homelessness and the criminal justice system through preventive interventions and resource coordination.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Additional Information<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Schedule:<\/strong> Approximately 5 hours per week initially, with potential to increase up to 20 hours per week based on program needs.
