Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a Project Analyst to support planning, coordination, and reporting efforts across technical and operational initiatives. This role requires experience managing schedules, tracking resources, and maintaining project documentation, along with strong Excel skills to support complex data and planning tools. The ideal candidate will collaborate with project and program stakeholders to align timelines, monitor progress, and ensure accuracy across reporting and documentation. Responsibilities also include supporting audits, maintaining organized repositories, contributing to process improvements, and assisting with regular reporting cycles in a fast-paced environment. Experience with enterprise tools, infrastructure-related projects, or process standardization efforts is a plus.<\/p>\n

Required Skills:<\/strong>
2+ years of experience in an analyst, project coordination, or PMO support role within IT, engineering, or operations<\/p>\n

Strong experience managing schedules, resource planning, and project tracking<\/p>\n

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (ability to manage and update complex spreadsheets and planning tools)<\/p>\n

Experience working with project documentation, reporting, and data tracking systems<\/p>\n

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deliverables<\/p>\n

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Program Managers, Project Managers, and operational teams<\/p>\n

Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and stakeholder coordination<\/p>\n

Experience supporting process documentation, audits, or compliance-related activities<\/p>\n

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines<\/p>\n

Desired Skills:<\/strong>
Experience supporting dry dock, fleet operations, or large-scale infrastructure\/project planning environments<\/p>\n

Familiarity with tools such as SharePoint and enterprise systems (e.g., E1 or similar ERP systems)<\/p>\n

Exposure to procurement planning or strategy documentation<\/p>\n

Experience preparing executive-level reports or presentations<\/p>\n

Knowledge of PI Planning or Agile planning frameworks<\/p>\n

Experience building or improving SOPs, workflows, and operational processes<\/p>\n

Exposure to data automation or process improvement initiatives (e.g., creating data-driven reporting solutions)<\/p>\n
