This person will also provide end user support for M365 business applications, helping with access, training, and troubleshooting.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Must Haves:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of relevant experience and Bachelor&#8217;s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with EDI (X12 transactions like 850, 810, 856, 940, 945)<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on troubleshooting experience in EDI environments<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pluses:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with TrueCommerce or similar EDI platforms<\/li>\n<li>Warehouse or 3PL integration experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Amazon Vendor Central or retail EDI compliance<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with SFTP, AS2, or file-based integrations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Day to Day:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>EDI Operations &amp; Troubleshooting<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor and support EDI transactions (850, 810, 856, 940, 945, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot failed or delayed transactions across SAP, EDI platform, and warehouse systems<\/li>\n<li>Perform root cause analysis and drive issue resolution end-to-end<\/li>\n<li>Reprocess transactions and coordinate corrections across teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Warehouse &amp; Order Flow Support<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support integration with 3PL\/warehouse systems<\/li>\n<li>Investigate discrepancies between systems (e.g., shipment closed vs still open in SAP)<\/li>\n<li>Ensure accurate lifecycle order processing from order to shipment to invoicing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Integration &amp; Mapping Support<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with EDI mapping, testing, and trading partner onboarding<\/li>\n<li>Support TrueCommerce configuration and document validation<\/li>\n<li>Participate in UAT testing and production deployments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Automation &amp; Process Improvement<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify and eliminate manual processes<\/li>\n<li>Improve monitoring, alerting, and error tracking<\/li>\n<li>Drive scalable solutions for EDI workflows<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>MSP &amp; Vendor Management<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and external IT vendors<\/li>\n<li>Track open tickets and escalations<\/li>\n<li>Ensure accountability and timely resolution of infrastructure and application issues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>IT Help Desk &amp;
