As a Sales Coordinator, you will be challenged to problem solve and develop strong relationships with a top revenue producing sales team. Someone will be successful in this position that can manage strong personalities, problem solve in creative ways, and enjoys friendly team banter.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>This position is on-site, and we are looking for good people who want to be a part of the amazing culture here at Alma!<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em> <\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Process new and existing sales quotes, credit and re-bills, trade-ins, finance charges<\/li>\n<li>Create budget quotes for customers<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and follow up constantly with sales representatives on orders<\/li>\n<li>Provide Technical information to sales team<\/li>\n<li>Ensure database integrity<\/li>\n<li>Direct prospective customer to the appropriate representative or internal contact<\/li>\n<li>Follow up with customers, reps and work with Finance on order payments\/collections<\/li>\n<li>Follow up with Client Relations for RMA&#8217;s, pick-ups, upgrades or any other issues relating to the reps<\/li>\n<li>Order marketing materials for all new purchase orders<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for monitoring the trade in process on systems<\/li>\n<li>Updating field inventory when equipment comes in\/out to sales representatives<\/li>\n<li>Invoice all customer orders and enter payment plans for Finance<\/li>\n<li>Daily\/Weekly\/Monthly monitoring of all customer and Sales time locks on systems<\/li>\n<li>Work with ERP system (Oracle NetSuite experience preferred but not required)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Initiative<\/li>\n<li>Problem Solving\/Analysis<\/li>\n<li>Technical Capacity<\/li>\n<li>Organized and detail oriented<\/li>\n<li>Communication Proficiency in written and verbal<\/li>\n<li>Ability to retain large amounts of information<\/li>\n<li>Basic math<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience Required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree, or equivalent experience<\/li>\n<li>1-3 years&#8217;
