This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong litigation support experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage high-volume case files in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and organize litigation files, case documents, correspondence, pleadings, discovery, records, and exhibits through trial preparation using case and document management systems.<\/li>\n<li>Review and analyze medical records, transcripts, and case materials to prepare chronologies, summaries, case analyses, and issue outlines.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with discovery, evidence preparation, expert coordination, witness interviews, depositions, independent medical examinations, document production, e-discovery review, and trial support.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct research and investigations using online resources, legal research platforms, public records, libraries, and other relevant sources;
