$28-$30\/hr &#8211; Falls Church VA"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong><a id=\"myCustomID\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/A1463673DC-Temp_1782233842\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Our client, a professional services organization is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join their team on a temporary basis in Falls Church, Virginia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About The Job:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide day-to-day support for two commercial properties, serving as a key point of contact for tenants and vendors<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate tenant relations, including responding to inquiries, handling walk-ins, and supporting move-ins and move-outs<\/li>\n<li>Assist with lease administration, property records, and maintaining accurate tenant information<\/li>\n<li>Process invoices, payments, and tenant bill-backs while supporting financial reporting activities<\/li>\n<li>Manage work orders and tenant service requests to ensure timely resolution of property issues<\/li>\n<li>Prepare service contracts, vendor documentation, and certificates of insurance<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular property inspections and support relationships with service providers<\/li>\n<li>Provide administrative support including phones, correspondence, filing, and office operation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About You:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years of commercial property management or related experience required<\/li>\n<li>Strong tenant relations and customer service experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience processing invoices, payments, and lease administration tasks<\/li>\n<li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tenant-facing environment with frequent interruptions<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and administrative skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Yardi and\/or Building Engines preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About The Position:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Start Date: ASAP!<\/li>\n<li>$28-$30\/hr<\/li>\n<li>Fully onsite<\/li>\n<li>Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM &#8211;
