Rather than focusing solely on task execution, this individual will be responsible for identifying problems, researching solutions, and bringing clarity to areas where the CEO lacks bandwidth. This role offers exposure across venture investing, operations, finance, real estate, and more &#8211; serving as a launchpad for long-term career growth.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proactively identify gaps, inefficiencies, and emerging needs across business and personal priorities<\/li>\n<li>Research and define problems across finance, real estate, HR, legal, and operations<\/li>\n<li>Synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights and recommendations<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate investment opportunities, market trends, and new business initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Lead high-impact, ad hoc projects from initial research through final recommendation<\/li>\n<li>Review documents (legal, financial, etc.) and flag key points, risks, or considerations<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to improve processes, benefits, and overall operational efficiency<\/li>\n<li>Support executive prioritization and ensure time is spent on highest-value activities<\/li>\n<li>Provide light administrative and project coordination support as needed, with a strategic lens<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2-5 years of experience (consulting, finance, startups, or similar)<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree required;
